Melanie Steinbach is VP, Chief Talent Officer for McDonald’s where she is the global leader of executive development, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent acquisition. She was previously CHRO for Milliken & Company where she was responsible for global human resources and corporate marketing communications. Prior to Milliken & Company, Melanie was an executive search consultant with Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds Associates.


Wendy Lewis is responsible for guiding McDonald's Global “Diversity IS Inclusion" efforts across all McDonald’s Corporation business functions. Her responsibilities include developing a platform that enriches the organization’s history and culture of opportunity, growth and economic impact within diverse communities and strategic partnerships.

Anne-Marie Law is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Experience Officer of Alexion. She is responsible for Human Resources, Patient Advocacy, and Digital & IT globally, with the goal of turning patient insights into action and cultivating world-class leadership and innovation capabilities across the organization to advance Alexion’s strategy and elevate the patient experience. Ms. Law brings more than 25 years of experience at global corporations to the organization. Prior to joining Alexion, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she was responsible for building the strategy to support the company’s 100,000 employees worldwide, and designing talent systems to create world class leadership and customer connectivity capabilities. 


Bec Lillie is the Senior Vice President in Alexion’s Human Experience Function. In her role, she is responsible for building world-class capabilities in leadership & innovation. 

Bec began her career at Alexion in 2013 and has held a number of positions with increasing areas of responsibility including Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of R&D HR, and Head R&D Operations.  Prior to joining Alexion, Bec worked in R&D at AstraZeneca in London, and Pfizer in Strategic Operations, R&D & HR in New York and Connecticut.

Prior to coming to Johnson & Johnson, Clint spent time at Nike and Mars, Inc. in various leadership development, talent management, and HR roles.

In addition to developing and leading these teams for McKesson, Emily plays a central role in McKesson’s efforts around culture and transformation.
