Marc founded and leads The Talent Strategy Group and consults globally to the world’s largest and most successful corporations. He co-founded the Talent Management Institute and created and publishes Talent Quarterly magazine. He co-authored the Harvard Business Review Publishing best-seller One Page Talent Management. His prior corporate experience includes senior talent management roles at Bank of America and Avon Products. His prior consulting experience includes starting and leading the Global Leadership Consulting practice at Hewitt Associates.

Beth Ann Mazzotta is the OPTM360 Director for The Talent Strategy Group. Since it’s inception in 2010, Beth Ann has overseen the development and continuous improvement of our proprietary, web-based software program for 360° feedback – the OPTM360. Acutely client-focused, she builds and maintains strong customer relationships, going the extra mile in all aspects of sales, training and survey administration.
Beth Ann holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources from King’s College.
Zac joined the Talent Strategy Group in 2016 and now directs the daily operations of the firm, including strategy, planning and finance, across all five lines of the TSG business. Prior to this role, Zac managed strategy and growth for a global corporation and worked in the public sector as a speechwriter and political consultant for Congressional and State campaigns. Zac's work resulted in an award from the State of Arizona for outstanding service to the State. He is passionate about people, and what makes a person or company exceptional.
Zac graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics.
Ernie serves TSG clients globally helping to design comprehensive talent strategies, build simple and powerful performance management and talent review processes, accelerate talent building through experience maps and enable effective talent management through the Talent Management Institute. He manages key initiatives including the annual Gathering event. Ernie's experience includes serving in the Human Capital Consulting practice of Deloitte and as a Human Resource leader at McMaster-Carr.
He has a MS, Human Resources Management and Development from New York University.
Terri leads TSG Executive Search and helps our clients find CHROs and top talent management leaders. At TSG she has supported private equity, pharmaceutical, entertainment, transportation, and technology clients, among others. With 20+ years of experience at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds, Terri can quickly differentiate the best HR talent and coach our clients on successful talent acquisition strategy. She brings a depth of experience across pharmaceutical, CPG, manufacturing, technology, professional service, and other key sectors.
Laura joined the Talent Strategy Group in 2017 and leads the marketing efforts, including strategy, design and implementation, across all five lines of business. Prior to TSG, Laura has been a marketer across a variety of industries including experiential media, real estate, law and nonprofit. She is passionate about sustainable, ethical marketing and TSG’s mission to improve Talent globally through science-based simplicity.
Laura has Dual Master’s in Business Administration and Integrated Marketing Communications from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
Bill guides the strategy and execution of Talent Quarterly magazine including design, article development, creative, circulation, editing and more. An expert in making scientific findings practical, interesting and easy-to-consume, Bill's extensive media and magazine experience include serving as Editor-in-Chief of Men's Health and Executive Editor of Popular Mechanics magazine.
