Marc Effron

Marc Effron helps the world’s biggest global brands and most successful companies elevate the quality and impact of their talent. He leads transformational projects globally in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to consumer products and technology and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Influencers in HR. As the founder and president of the Talent Strategy Group, he leads the firm's consulting and education businesses. He is the author of One Page Talent Management (Harvard Business Review Press) and three other books.


Jim Shanley

Jim Shanley has worked with some of the most well-regarded global companies including J&J, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, KKR, KPMG, PayPal, Coca-Cola, DPDHL, Telstra and National Australia Bank. He retired from Bank of America in 2006 after a 20-year career where he helped the bank grow into one of the world’s largest and most profitable companies. Jim founded the Shanley Consulting Group in 2006 and works with today’s leading executives on Talent Management, succession planning, executive assessment, coaching and assimilation, leadership development and change management.
